Christ Episcopal Church in Macon

The churches in Macon are each breathtaking works of architecture. And I love that each church is unique in the style of architecture. It’s honestly one of my favorite things about driving through Macon. You just can’t help but appreciate the beauty of these places of worship.

My latest Macon church watercolor is of Christ Episcopal Church. I recently discovered that it’s the oldest church in Macon! At the Cherry Blossom Festival, I toured the church and the inside is just as gorgeous as the outside. Plus, it was filled with the most incredible floral arrangements, so the sights and smells of all of it combined was just perfection.
