Forest Hill Park Chapel: A Quiet Perry Treasure

Tucked inside one of Perry’s parks, Forest Hill Park Chapel is the definition of quiet beauty. Simple, timeless, and full of heart, this chapel has long been a meaningful place for weddings, gatherings, and moments that deserve something a little special.

After receiving several requests, I finally had the opportunity to paint Forest Hill Park Chapel, and it was a true pleasure. There’s something peaceful about this space—something that doesn’t ask for attention, but stays with you long after you leave. Capturing that feeling in watercolor was just as important to me as capturing the structure itself.

This painting is for those who love places with deep personal meaning. Maybe it’s where you were married, attended a ceremony, or simply wandered through the park on a quiet afternoon. These are the kinds of locations that become part of our stories, even if we don’t always realize it at the time.

Prints of the Forest Hill Park Chapel watercolor are now available, and I’m grateful to share this piece with those who hold this spot close to their hearts. As always, it’s an honor to paint the places where life happens.
